Graphic Design Co-Op

Support the Creative Services team at New Balance by preparing print-ready artwork for retail and wholesale environments. This role focuses on translating approved designs into accurate production files, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all consumer touchpoints. You'll gain hands-on experience in print production, pre-press preparation, and design execution within a dynamic marketing department.

• Prepare print-ready artwork files for retail and wholesale marketing assets
• Ensure accuracy of layouts, dimensions, color profiles, and vendor specifications
• Execute revisions and updates to creative assets while maintaining brand consistency
• Perform quality control reviews on production files
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and production files
• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or related field with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
