This role requires strong product and systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to mentor other designers.

- Design AI-first interactions that surface insights and guide decisions
- Define reusable UX patterns for AI explanations, user control, and feedback
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape customer experience and AI behaviors
- Experience mentoring designers and raising craft quality
