Visual Design Senior Analyst

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design and team management, with a strong understanding of design tools and workflows.

• Manage and mentor a team of graphic and motion designers
• Define design standards and processes for L&D media
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Tech teams
• Drive adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency
• Advance knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural)
• Strong understanding of L&D media workflows
