21GRAMS- Experience Designer

Real Chemistry is seeking a mid-level Experience Designer to create and execute innovative digital experiences for healthcare clients. You will conduct user research, develop UX deliverables like wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with creative teams to solve complex problems. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable designer passionate about transforming healthcare through human-centered design.

• Create UX/design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
• Involvement in all stages of the design process from research to implementation
• Apply consumer needs and brand guidelines to digital solutions
• Advocate for human-centered design processes and push innovative thinking
• 2-4 years of experience designing complex digital products/experiences
