About this role

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to inspire customers with home design trends and drive sales. You will guide clients in furnishing their homes, create design packages using digital tools, and build lasting customer relationships. This role requires a passion for interior design, strong communication skills, and proficiency with design technology.

What we are looking for

Drive sales and customer engagement through design consultations
Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and customer presentations
Conduct in-person, in-home, and virtual design consultations
Develop new customer relationships through networking and clienteling
Understand brand aesthetics and current design trends
1+ years of experience in furniture sales, home decor design, or retail
