MB-Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer at Bonterra, you will own the user experience for Mobilize, a key product, and influence design across our entire product suite. You'll collaborate with product managers and engineers to drive impactful product decisions that reach millions of users and shape the future of democracy technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on design execution in a mission-driven environment.

• Own end-to-end design for a flagship product, from concept to launch
• Shape design direction and raise quality standards across the product suite
• Influence product roadmap decisions alongside PMs and engineers
• Translate complex problems into scalable design solutions, including AI innovation
• Drive research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Mentor designers and model lead-level thinking
