Product Designer, Marketplace

Oscar is seeking a Product Designer to join their Product Design team and shape the Lucie Health Marketplace. You will design and ship tools for brokers and consumers to evaluate and enroll in healthcare coverage, focusing on the broker experience. This role involves cross-functional collaboration from discovery through delivery to create a consistent and intuitive user experience.

• Design and ship tools for broker and consumer healthcare enrollment
• Focus on shaping the broker experience within the Lucie ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Drive consistent, scalable, and intuitive user experiences
• Requires 4+ years of Product/UX Design experience
• Strong visual design portfolio and experience with complex systems
