Sr. Product Designer - Web GIS SDK

Esri is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Product Design team, focusing on the Web GIS SDK. You will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design scalable maps and application components, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across ArcGIS products. This role involves creating production-ready web components and reusable patterns that enhance the user experience for developers and end-users.

• Design reusable Web GIS SDK components balancing customer needs and scalability
• Contribute to visual and interaction quality of shared components
• Partner with Product Engineers, Developers, and design system partners
• Create high-fidelity design specifications including states, motion, and accessibility
• Contribute to a cohesive design system by refining reusable patterns
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design
