nCino/Moody's Product Designer

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Designer to enhance critical commercial lending platforms, nCino and Moody's CreditLens. You will act as a liaison between business, technology, and product teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions. • Support product discovery, design, and continuous improvement for nCino and Moody's CreditLens
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and develop effective product solutions
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and product requirements
• Analyze commercial lending workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• Collaborate with vendors and technology teams on platform enhancements and integrations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support User Acceptance Testing
