About this role

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to inspire customers with home design trends and drive sales. You will guide clients in furnishing their homes, create design packages using digital tools, and maintain an active presence on the sales floor. This role requires a passion for home interiors, strong customer relationship skills, and proficiency in design software.

What we are looking for

Drive sales and customer engagement through design consultations
Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and customer presentations
Conduct in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations
Maintain brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy
Develop new customer relationships through networking and clienteling
Utilize design tools and technology for spatial planning and floor planning
