Lead Product Designer

Razorpay is seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive product and design ideation, user research, and strategy for their diverse financial technology products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and mentor a team of designers.

• Drive product and design ideation, planning, and prioritization
• Lead user research, create user journeys, and make data-driven design decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams
• Develop and extend visual design systems and pattern libraries
• Provide thought leadership on usability and user-centered design
• Mentor and inspire a team of designers
