Rho is seeking a Staff or Principal Product Designer to own and define their design system, which serves as the governed frontend foundation for their modern banking platform. This role involves architecting the system, setting standards, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality, consistent product delivery.

• Own and define the company's design system
