UI/UX Designer

Kyndryl is seeking an AI UX Designer to lead design activities connecting insight, imagination, and execution for the next era of computing. You will define mental models and interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, focusing on architecting intentional journeys, designing for non-deterministic UI, and facilitating co-creation. The role emphasizes advocating for ethical and inclusive AI experiences and shaping the future of human-centered design.

• Lead user research to create journey maps for human-AI relationships
• Design dynamic interaction patterns for AI latency, ambiguity, and error states
• Facilitate co-creation sessions and usability tests with AI engineers
• Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) moments for transparency and trust
• Champion accessibility and inclusive intelligence in AI experiences
• Inspire alignment across the design lifecycle using clear storytelling
