UX Researcher Senior

ASU EdPlus is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead user-centered research for digital learning products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy and design, identify user pain points, and mentor student researchers. This hybrid role requires commuting to Scottsdale, AZ.

• Lead qualitative and quantitative UX research for digital learning products
• Inform product strategy and design with actionable insights
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and data analysts
• Mentor student researchers and contribute to team growth
• Conduct generative and evaluative research using various methods
• Analyze and synthesize findings into compelling reports and presentations
