Founding Brand Designer

Basis Ai is seeking a founding brand designer to establish and own the company's visual identity. You will translate an ambitious narrative into a recognizable and trustworthy brand across customer and technical touchpoints. This role involves defining the visual language for the website, campaigns, and assets, moving from concept to execution, and building the design operating system for the company.

• Shape brand across website, launches, campaigns, and assets
• Build a flexible brand system, standards, and workflows
