Principal Designer, Motion

WeWork is seeking a Principal Motion Designer to bring creative concepts to life through motion graphics and video. This hands-on role involves leading projects from brief to final frame, crafting animations, editing footage, and contributing to motion guidelines and toolkits. You will collaborate with the Global Creative Director and present work to stakeholders.

• Lead motion design projects from brief to final frame
• Craft 2D animation, motion graphics, and video for various platforms
• Edit footage, including pacing, color, sound, and music
• Develop motion guidelines and create After Effects toolkits
• Collaborate with creative directors and marketing partners
• Bring own ideas to projects and team brainstorms
