Product Design Lead

DubClub is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape our mobile product experience for both sports handicappers and bettors. This senior individual contributor role involves hands-on design and prototyping, guiding product quality, and influencing product decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user journeys from concept to launch.

• Lead end-to-end product design for mobile across creator and fan experiences
• Shape product direction by understanding user needs and business goals
• Design complete user journeys, focusing on discovery, subscription, and engagement
• Develop consistent navigation, interaction patterns, and visual design
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership from problem definition to iteration
• Hands-on design and prototyping with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end contributions
