Product Designer

Real Chemistry is seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of their enterprise platform for omnichannel healthcare marketing. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, own the product design lifecycle, and contribute to the evolution of the design system. • Own product design and user experience from exploration to iteration
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• Collaborate with front-end engineers on design-to-engineering workflows
• Design AI features and user interaction with them
• Run user research and usability sessions
• Design B2B or enterprise software interfaces for workflow-heavy products
