UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you will plan and execute research projects to inform the creation of innovative and high-quality experiences for UPS customers. You will lead all phases of research, from planning and design to analysis and presentation, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of product development. This role requires a strong foundation in mixed methods research and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable strategies.

• Plan, design, moderate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies
• Develop research questions and determine appropriate methodologies
• Communicate research findings through engaging presentations
• Advocate for the end user in cross-functional meetings
• Synthesize complex findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to integrate research into solutions
