Lead Quantitative UX Researcher, Behavioral Data & Amplitude

As a Lead Quantitative UX Researcher, you will leverage behavioral data and analytics tools like Amplitude to uncover deep user insights and drive product decisions. You will partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams, embedding yourself within product areas to understand user behavior and influence what we build. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be a resident expert in behavioral data, shaping how it's used across the organization.

• Plan and execute quantitative UX research using behavioral data
• Analyze user behavior with Amplitude, SQL, and R/Python
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering on data-driven decisions
• Develop repeatable research methods and resources for the organization
• Combine quantitative findings with qualitative research for holistic insights
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
