Clio is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for our Fintech team, focusing on payments, billing, and timekeeping. You will manage a team of designers, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the future of legal tech through user-centered design, automation, and AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to transform financial workflows for legal professionals and improve access to justice.
What we are looking for
6- Lead design strategy and execution for Fintech products including payments, billing, and timekeeping
- Manage and coach a team of 4-5 product designers
- Drive automation and AI integration into financial workflows
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders in a triad structure
- 10+ years of Product Design experience, with 3+ years in management
- Experience designing fintech and complex B2B products
