About this role

Guidehouse is seeking a UX/UI Designer to conduct user research, translate findings into intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring adherence to accessibility and usability best practices.

What we are looking for

Design and conduct user research using design thinking methodologies
Develop intuitive user interfaces from wireframes to interactive prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders including engineers, product owners, and product managers
Organize design files for developer handoff using Zeplin
Support the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides
Ensure designs comply with web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices

Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
