Staff UX Designer

Archer, an aerospace company, is seeking a Staff UX Designer to lead product design for new consumer-facing software in the general aviation industry. This greenfield role involves taking loosely defined problems from concept to launch, with significant ownership and impact on early-stage products. The ideal candidate will drive design decisions and elevate craft across the team.

• Own end-to-end product design for mobile apps, websites, and web applications
• Take products from 0 to 1 in a greenfield environment
• Lead product explorations and validate concepts
• Work with minimal direction, providing design leadership
• Raise the bar on design craft through personal work and feedback
• Minimum 8+ years of product design experience, ideally 12-15
