Staff Product Designer

Gusto is seeking experienced Staff Product Designers to own end-to-end product experiences within our high-stakes Money and HR domains. You will translate ambiguity into clear, trustworthy products, define new design patterns, and partner closely with product and engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-native experiences and drive significant impact for small businesses.

• Own end-to-end product design in ambiguous, 0→1 domains
• Shape strategy, roadmap, and product direction
• Design AI-native experiences with a focus on trust and reliability
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers in product quartets
• Raise the craft and systems bar for Gusto's design language
• 6+ years of product design experience shipping end-to-end work
