Principal User Experience Designer

Lead the design of intuitive and clinically integrated user experiences across Medtronic's AiBLE™ ecosystem and CST portfolio. This Principal UX Designer role involves strategic vision, hands-on design, and cross-functional collaboration to unify complex surgical technologies into seamless workflows. You will shape how healthcare professionals interact with our innovative software, hardware, and connected solutions.

• Define and drive unified UX/UI strategy across surgical solutions
• Lead design of software, hardware, and connected experiences
• Create user interface architectures, interaction models, and prototypes
• Establish and promote design systems and standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate user needs
• Influence product roadmaps with user-centered recommendations
