Senior UX/UI Designer

Konrad Group is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create visually striking digital experiences for global clients. You will lead design workstreams, translate complex requirements into polished designs, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. This role requires strong design execution, strategic thinking, and leadership.

• Design best-in-class experiences and interfaces
• Deliver pixel-perfect design systems, interactions, and flows in Figma
• Lead design workstreams from research to execution
• Apply UX research, usability insights, and product data
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and clients
• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience with 1+ year leading design
