Senior Product Designer

Tennr is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design of our core work surfaces, starting with referral validation and workspace management. You will lead the entire design process from customer discovery and problem framing to shipping and iterating on solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact healthcare operations by improving efficiency and reducing patient delays.

• Own design for referral validation and workspace management
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to iteration
• Design scalable patterns for complex operational workflows
• Prototype in Figma and code, optimize for user impact
• Collaborate closely with PM and engineering
• Experience with design systems and technical fluency
