Staff Product Designer

Snorkel AI is seeking a Staff Product Designer to build working prototypes with AI tools and code, connecting them to real systems to improve engineering speed and quality. This role involves understanding AI system behavior, including prompting and evaluation, and designing for complex technical products and two-sided marketplaces. You will work closely with users and engineers to identify problems, refine workflows, and ensure high-quality, user-centered design.
