Senior Product Designer

Fin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate the craft and execution of their AI Customer Agent product. This role focuses on hands-on design work, driving interaction and visual design excellence for a product used by millions globally. You will own end-to-end design for high-impact areas, defining new interaction patterns and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas
• Define new interaction patterns for AI-powered tools
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas to validate decisions
• Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs
• Maintain high standards of craft while balancing speed and execution
• Contribute to design culture and mentor others
