Senior UX/UI Designer

Stryker is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create high-quality visual designs and prototypes for interactive products used in surgical operating rooms. You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, collaborate closely with software engineers throughout the development lifecycle, and advocate for design thinking within the organization. This role offers flexibility with hybrid or onsite work options in Gurugram, India.

• Create UI designs, mock-ups, and visual assets for surgical operating room products
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces
• Develop concepts and rapid prototypes for product development and testing
• Partner with software development engineers throughout the product launch
• Evaluate and test design implementation, providing feedback to engineers
• Advocate for design, design process, and design thinking within the organization
