As a Senior UX Designer at Excella, you will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to solve complex problems through user-centered design. You will own the end-to-end UX process, from research and information architecture to interaction and visual design, ensuring user needs align with business objectives. What we are looking for 6
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive digital solutions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure usability and accessibility
- Apply Agile methodologies to the UX design process
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
