Creative Designer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Creative Designer to join their Marketing + Communications team in Arlington, VA. This role focuses on translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories for federal audiences. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, oversee design projects from concept to delivery, and create a variety of design assets while maintaining brand consistency.

• Design original pieces from collateral to social posts and event visuals
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects
• Strong visual and creative storytelling skills
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
