Product Designer (UI/UX)

BJAK is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and high-quality user experiences for their financial products. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial workflows into user-friendly interfaces, working on everything from concept to production. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about solving customer problems and balancing business goals with user experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
• Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investments
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback
