Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of complex enterprise product experiences, particularly those leveraging AI. You will translate ambiguous problems into actionable design direction, working at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and technology. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and drive measurable business impact through innovative, human-centered design.

• Shape AI-enabled product experiences and define interaction models
• Lead design from early definition through detailed interaction design and prototyping
• Apply systems thinking to connect product decisions to long-term strategy
• Partner with product management and engineering throughout the product lifecycle
• Influence product direction and mentor other designers
• Experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows
