- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Design and redesign end-to-end service journeys for enterprise processes
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for complex applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers and developers in an Agile environment
- Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices
- 3+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Service Design with a strong portfolio
