UX Researcher

Kaluza is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct mixed-methods research in a B2B2C environment, shaping product roadmaps and client conversations. You will also play a key role in democratizing research by coaching colleagues and improving research operations, ensuring insights are accessible and impactful.

• Run mixed-methods research in a B2B2C setting, combining qualitative studies with behavioral data
• Research across the entire user chain, from clients to end customers and developers
• Coach and mentor colleagues in Product, Design, and Engineering to conduct their own research
• Improve research operations, including participant recruitment and data governance
• Assess and recommend research tools, and support procurement
