Mastercard is seeking a Product Experience Design Manager to join our Global SME Team. In this role, you will design next-generation business solutions and data-driven products, blending product thinking, design craft, and AI-driven workflows. You will be instrumental in creating future conceptual designs, iterating on design systems, and developing new product solutions that enhance user experience.

• Design next-generation business solutions and data-driven products
• Integrate Behavioral Science, Data, Design & Technology for conceptual designs
• Iterate on design systems and develop new product solutions
• Create reusable components via high-fidelity design tokens and UI Kits
• Apply advanced interaction design prototypes and human-centered design principles
• Contribute to the design system between Design, Product, and Engineering
