Senior Designer, Motion

Strava is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to develop and execute a cohesive motion design language across brand campaigns, social content, and digital touchpoints. You will partner closely with creative teams, apply strong brand judgment, and help mentor junior designers. This role offers an opportunity to shape how our brand moves and evolves.

• Develop and execute motion design language and visual approach
• Contribute to and evolve motion systems and templates
• Explore AI tools for motion execution
• Generate and present creative directions
• Apply strong brand judgment across touchpoints
• Manage projects end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams
