Sr. Designer, Brand & Communications

Candescent is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Brand & Communications team in Bengaluru, India. This hands-on role involves creating and refining visual assets for internal, client-facing, and sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate will have strong design craft, production discipline, and brand stewardship skills to ensure a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

• Create polished visual solutions across digital, print, presentation, event, and sales enablement projects
• Design a wide range of assets including executive presentations, sales decks, infographics, and social graphics
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications
• Apply and extend brand standards across all assigned work
• Prepare production-ready files for various applications and ensure brand compliance
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify objectives and translate business needs into visual communications
