Surgical Technologist - Cardiac - Full Time (Eligible for $10K Sign On Bonus)

Tufts Medicine is seeking a full-time Cardiac Surgical Technologist to provide essential medical and clinical support during invasive procedures and surgeries. This specialist role involves assisting the surgical team in the Operating Room, maintaining aseptic technique, preparing instruments and supplies, and ensuring patient safety. The position requires advanced knowledge and experience in surgical technology, with opportunities to mentor and train junior staff.

• Provide medical and clinical support services to patients
• Perform surgical services involving excision or incision of a patient's body
• Maintain a safe environment for patients undergoing surgery
• Assist the Surgeon during surgery by providing instruments and organizing equipment
• Maintain strict aseptic technique during surgical procedures
• Act as a Preceptor for staff in training and display leadership qualities
