Sr UX Designer

As a Sr UX Designer at SNC, you will lead the entire UX/UI design process for web, mobile, and CLI applications, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design. You will drive design strategy, collaborate with product teams, and ensure adherence to brand and accessibility standards. This role also involves mentoring a design team and managing multiple high-impact projects to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design process for web, mobile, and CLI applications
• Develop and drive design strategy and information architecture
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Lead and mentor a team of designers

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
