Senior UX Designer

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their Global Digital Store Centre of Excellence. This role will shape and deliver best-in-class user experiences across global direct-to-consumer websites, combining strategic thinking with hands-on design craft from research to high-fidelity UI. You will partner with various teams to improve experiences through research, experimentation, and data.

• Lead end-to-end UX design process from discovery to engineering handoff
• Translate complex needs into intuitive and commercially effective digital experiences
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions
• Contribute to defining global UX vision, principles, and roadmap
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the process
