Interaction and Motion designer

HP is seeking an Interaction and Motion Designer to craft the user experience for a next-generation device's operating system. You will focus on defining moment-to-moment interactions, animations, and feedback to create a responsive, intuitive, and delightful interface. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall design system.

• Define and own the interaction design and micro-animation layer of the OS
• Create cohesive and delightful user experiences across the operating system
• Collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers
• Build and maintain an interaction library and contribute to the design system
• Prototype interactions using tools like Figma, Principle, or After Effects
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure high design fidelity during implementation
