As a Principal Human Factors Design Engineer, you will apply human-centered principles to design and evaluate medical technologies, ensuring optimal user experience and safety. You will lead research, develop methodologies, and execute tests to inform product development from concept to validation. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence the direction of new products and therapies.
