Design intuitive and elegant user experiences for complex, data-rich enterprise platforms used by global research communities. You will own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to solve complex UX challenges and deliver UI specifications. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative designer who thrives in fast-moving, agile environments and enjoys shaping tools relied upon by thousands of users.
What we are looking for
6- Design end-to-end UX for enterprise platforms, focusing on editor relationship management systems
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders in an agile environment
- Conduct user research, testing, and iteration to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications using Figma
- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
- Experience with data-rich platforms and academic/editorial user groups
