Vanguard is seeking a User Experience Designer to create intuitive digital applications for financial advisors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform insights into seamless experiences, focusing on simplifying complex financial workflows and improving advisor efficiency.

What we are looking for

Design end-to-end experiences for advisor-facing applications
Translate UX strategy into intuitive workflows and user interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Partner with UX Strategists, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
Leverage user research and customer feedback to drive design decisions
Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews
