Director, UX Design - AEC Forma Design

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Director of User Experience Design to lead the Experience Foundations team for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). This role focuses on designing seamless digital experiences and AI-powered innovation, particularly for the Forma Design portfolio, while collaborating with other key products like Revit and AutoCAD. The director will inspire a team, nurture talent, and drive alignment across product strategy and customer experience.

• Lead a team of UX design professionals focused on the Forma Design portfolio
• Partner with product management, engineering, and other design disciplines
• Develop high-performing teams on cross-functional projects
• Drive design vision and evaluate alternate design approaches
• Harness data and insight to drive priorities and personalization
• Minimum 10+ years of UX experience with 5+ years of people management
