Director of User Research

Lead the establishment and growth of a centralized user research function at Bloomberg Industry Group. This foundational leadership role will define how customer insights inform product strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions across law, tax, and government products. You will build and manage a team, embed research into product development, and leverage technology to modernize research practices.

• Build and lead a centralized user research function
• Hire, develop, and manage a team of user researchers
• Define and operate a research model for intake and prioritization
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership
• Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
