West Monroe is seeking a Senior Agentic Designer to join their Technology & Experience practice. This role focuses on designing AI-enabled agentic experiences and workflows, bridging the gap between user needs, software, and AI. You will lead design workstreams, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and bring innovative solutions to life for clients.

What we are looking for

Lead agentic design workstreams and translate business needs into experience strategies
Design end-to-end agentic workflows for human-AI agent interactions
Facilitate client workshops and align stakeholders on future-state experiences
Apply human-centered design principles to AI systems, focusing on trust and transparency
Partner with engineers, product leaders, and AI specialists through implementation
Prototype and test agentic experiences, refining interaction patterns
