Director, Product Design (AI Experience)

AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the AI experience for their AI-native, agentic product. This role involves setting the design vision, leading a team of designers, and collaborating with product and engineering to create a seamless workflow platform for financial professionals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong AI product judgment and experience in complex, data-dense domains.

• Own the UX direction for the core AI/agentic experience
• Lead and mentor a team of senior designers
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define product strategy
• Solve complex data-dense UX problems related to AI workflows
• Prototype in code and contribute to high-leverage surfaces
• Raise the bar for AI-native design across the product
